The house unfolds in a site of 1120m2 located in Punta Veleros beach, in northern Peru.
The site is currently completely isolated, with no nearby constructions, framed only by a hill
and the ocean.
The architectural proposal organized the program in independent volumes
spatially joined by a floor slab and a translucent light roof structure 6.5m high. Between this
two horizontal planes, the natural and artificial landscape and the independent volumes are
contained and unified. In this way, Zoe House offers multiple experiences and ways in which to
appropriate exterior and interior spaces.
